By attending Symphony In White, I acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other forms of media may be taken of me during the event.

I hereby grant Symphony In White, its organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and participation during the event.

I authorize the use, reproduction, editing, publication, distribution, and display of such photographs, video, audio, and other media in any format or medium, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising, marketing materials, promotional materials, press coverage, publications, and other communications related to Symphony In White and its affiliated activities.

I understand that these materials may be used without additional notice to me or payment to me, and that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the final materials before they are used.

I release and hold harmless Symphony In White, its organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and event participants from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of my image, likeness, voice, or participation in photographs, recordings, or other media captured at the event, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or defamation, to the extent permitted by law.

By attending Symphony In White, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Photo & Media Release.
